Red Roof Inn 1900 E Main St, Wytheville, VA

Don't waste your time. I went into lobby to rent a room in Wytheville, VA. Cindy, the front desk attendant was on the phone and said she would be right with me. There was no one in the lobby but me. After I walked around the lobby, checked out the breakfast room, looked over the display of Wytheville attractions, watched her attend to two employees, who entered after I did, to discuss their paychecks, I decided that Cindy did not really want my business. So after 11 min. of waiting, I left. Cindy not so much as said a word to me as I walked out the door.

Red Roof Inn Room Review

There's no towels, ice machine don't work, side and rear doors have to be opened only from the inside, bugs in the and shower, reserved a non smoking room and it smells like smoke and employees at the the front desk are on cell phones. Last time I will stay at the Red Roof. Will not recommend at all.

Red Roof Inn Room Review

Stayed at Red Roof in Terre Haute IN while attending a funeral. It was the most disgusting and dirty I have ever stayed in! I went to front desk and got my own cleaning supplies, spoke to front desk, and cleaned myself. After funeral the next morning came back to find more French fries n dirt on floor. I will NEVER stay at a R Roof again!

Red Roof Inn - Customer Care Review from Garland, Texas

I stayed at Red Roof inn about two weeks ago. There was an issue with a smoking fee. I tried to speak to a manager and it took another 4 days to get in touch with him, then i spoke to him and he was laughing at the situation. I spoke to guest relations its been 10 days and no one has got in touch with me. I finally spoke to an employee at the location and they spoke to me in a sensible manner, explaining to me how it works but i will never stay at another Red Rood Inn location because they have very poor customer service. I work in customer service, for a very upstanding company ... This company does not care about their guest.

Red Roof Inn - Room Review from Fort Worth, Texas

I checked in at the Red roof plus in San Antonio on May 8th-10th. The first I pulled backed the sheets and food crumbs were in the bed, they moved me to another room where the microwave was broken, then everytime I left my room the keys were de magnitized, I had to go down there every time, then I ask the manager Ron for some coffee and as of right now it's been 1 hr and he hasn't gotten to my room..that is because they didn't clean my room do I didn't have any..I go down there and he tells me that SHE will get there when she does. ..Really, well I will never stay here again!!

Got a room with major issues and was refused the option of getting a better room. At checkout I asked to see a vacant room to check in to for the second night. The room had a broken window and bathroom light so I refused the room. I was charged for it anyways. The manager insisted on giving various excuses for the safety hazards and concerns I had with each room. He had no problem running my card for them and charging me two different prices. My official complaint today will be likely be ignored. I tripped on my way to the bathroom all night because of the floor but the staff didn't care. The manager was rude and refused to accept responsibility for any of the issues I endured during my experience. He called me after I filed a complaint but he only wanted to tell me it wasn't his fault or problem and that he is not responsible for the condition of the room, my being refused a refund, and my being charged for the second room. He really pissed me off. He ruined most of my weekend.

RED BUGS AT RED ROOF INN< BALDWIN< FLORIDA

During a stay at your motel this past weekend, BED BUGS ate my friend up! These bites were shown to Stephanie Moody, Desk Clerk (Manager was not available), I attempted to discuss a refund with very-limited-english-speaking Manager Nilesh Sutharioa, however, he was very rude, and stated he was allowed to have BED BUGS. Now, he doesn't even return my phone calls. Today, April 2, 2015, your Manager charged the full amount of this bill to my bank card. We have good pictures of the bites, and intend to pursue medical and legal advice. I intend to contact all "Review" sites as well as all entities at the local and State level who are responsible for ensuring safe lodging conditions. This is a serious problem, and you, as Corporate and the Manager of this motel must accept responsibility for the pain and suffering the conditions at your motel has inflicted. I expect a FULL refund of this entire bill. Robert McCord

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ive been staying at the Red Roof Inn in Smyrna, GA. I got a room with the weekly rate. I am treated like a criminal by the front desk and Room service hasnt cleaned my room once. I just received clean towels. Theres drug users and *** all around. Swat team was here Sunday and the cobb county police are patrolling daily, I guess I should feel safer relatively. The maintenace man is shady and I think is selling drugs. I would NEVER reccomend a Red Roof to anyone. God bless

I used to be a maid in a motel and when we had long term guests the rooms didn't get cleaned on a regular basis, they would get clean towels, but the rest of the things didn't get done any more often than you would do them at home. In fact I know somebody that was living in a motel on a temporary basis, one room with one bed in it and a bathroom.

This person was expected to furnish their own bedding, towels, do their own cleaning, and laundry. Thank your lucky stars, you don't have it so bad.

first charges keep coming to my card. I checked in ahead of time and charges were posted to my card before I checked in at the hotel. Than they wanted to charge me again,!!?....and I didn't even stay one night yet!!! the WiFi service really bad !!!(sucks!!!) Not Very Happy!!!

Worst hotel I've ever dealt with in my life..was in three states in five days and the most horrific service EVER!!! Allowed 10 guests in a two bed room as they denied me a room due to a mistake in booking..will never ever go to red roof if its the last resort I have..would rather sleep in my car..horrible employees and terrible people..

I've been staying in this red roof inn hotel for the pass couple weeks in everything is bad! The wifi is super poor!

I think the cable might be bootleg we don't get most the channels!

House keepers don't do there job! Worst hotel I've ever been in.i repeat worst hotel ever

Staed in Amarillo, Tx. 1 the rooms look nothing like what was shown on mobile advertisement. Stains all over the furniture. Construction work being done to update. Yet I didnt get a newly renovated room. Half of the TV stand was missing.Lawn workers mowing wake you at 7am. Being tired from driving all day. I forgot to ask for my Id back. Didnt know that I would need too! So 40 miles down the road After checking out. Lacking sleep as is. I have to turn around go back and get my Id. So as a professional driver. Ive lost sleep time and money because I stayed at this Hotel. My advise. Do not stay at the Amarillo, Tx Red Roof Inn. But there is always 1 bad apple in the bunch. On average I give 3.5 rating. Afterall. When I retrieved my Id Management was apologetic and stated They would do what was needed to correct this issue. I hope they do
