Dirty sheets

Found pubic hair and sperm on bed spread and blankets. It took 1 hour to get clean bedding! I went to front desk and told them I would change the sheets myself if they would just give me the bedding. They made excuses that they were waiting for maintenance to get back from fixing a door. What does that have to do with clean bedding? They finally arrived an hour later with just sheets. Then, we had to wai for a blanket another 30 minutes. Theresa was the maid that cleaned our room before we arrived at the Red Roof Inn at us 301 in Tampa, Florida.

Took one hour to be picked up

I called the front desk on Tuesday 23rd at 6:10 pm to request a pick up from AA Terminal A back to the hotel at JFK BLVD. It took 45 mins for the bus to get there. The young lady told me that i said Terminal E, not Terminal A. I said American Airlines Terminal A. Your employees should know what terminal the Airlines come in at. Your front desk clerk thought i said Terminal E. This should not be happening. I know that anyone could make a mistake but when your employee is not sure of the letter, she should ask A as in apple or E as in Edward.

AVOID THIS HOTEL

Checked into a hotel that is in the middle of a renovation, the room had new carpet and paint, however they electric outlets had no covers on it. The water run continuesly to te toilet. My husband had to turn the water off to the tank so we could sleep. Both TV's had issues, one had busted speakers so you couldning understand what was being said, the other had so much snow on the picture you could barely make our the images. My husband was taking a shower and the whole fixture came loose from the plumbing in the wall and he step out of the shower holding it is his hand. Needless to say AVOID this location at all costs!

Aggressive and rude front desk employee.

I booked two nights at the Red Roof Inn, Virgina Beach, Virginia. I was not able to arrive on the first night and arrived on the second. The employee checked me in and informed me that I would need to pay the first night. Not a problem. I went to the room and everything was fine. I went out and then came in and checked my credit card statement and it showed that I was charged for three nights. I contacted the front desk and spoke with someone new and they spoke to me as if I were a child. I have never been talked down to by an employee and was shocked. Especially when I was just asking about the charged. The employee wanted me to come down to the office to talk about it face to face. He was out of his mind. I am not going to have a confrontation with anyone (especially an employee of a hotel). The whole incident made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. I couldn't believe that he was so aggressive towards a customer. He needs to find a new job that is not in customer service. I will not be staying at another Red Roof Inn anytime soon. They need to train their employees much better.

Red Roof worthless

You get what you pay for. Red roof rates are cheap for a reason. You get lousy service. I stayed at the Nashville Airport Red Roof inn for 4 nights. Had housekeeping service one day only. Called and asked what happened. All I got was excuses and that they would give full service next day. Well ... never happened. I had to reuse towels, ran out of soap and slept in the same bedding the entire time. One day had no hot water the entire day. No reason as to why. No notice what so ever. I might as well slept in the streets. Beware of this Inn. Run by incompetent management. I will never stay in another Red Roof in ever again. And I suggest others do the same or they will be sorry, as I am right now.

Red Roof Inn Terrible Conditions

i stayed at the red roof in for a few months and the treatment was terrible. they make you feel like you are less than human when you stay long term yet i paid thousands of dollars to the hotel. the rooms are dirty and the service is terrible and when you ask for help you are ignored. if you have stayed at a red roof in please contact me directly i am filing a lawsuit against the hotel and you can join. please send the dates you stayed and your experience at the hotel email me at motelguests@***.com

This was the nastiest hotel I have EVER been in. The first hotel room the toilet did't work in the first hotel room so the we were able to get another room, well that room had roaches in the tub, then I made a request for my money back because the first hotel room had a roach as well, but what was so disappointing was that I could not get my money back so I was forced to remain in this hotel. After the 3rd room change, I was afraid to sit on the toilet nor wash off in the tub much less sleep in the beds. What makes it even worse, it cost me 76.00 for ONE NIGHT . . . I would not recommend this hotel for anyone, not even my dog.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH RED ROOF INN HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!! I BOOKED MY RESERVATIONS ONLINE ON 05/01/2011 FOR 5 ROOMS FOR MY FAMILY REUNION. ON THE SAME DAY (05/01/2011) I CALLED 1-80*-733-**** TO CANCEL ALL 5 OF MY ROOMS. THE CANCELLATION #3215****. BUT TO MY SURPRISE MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $420.25!! AFTER THIS DISCOVERY I CALLED THE HOTEL TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND AND WAS TOLD BY PAUL @12:25 TO CALL THE BACK BECAUSE THE MANGER WAS BUSY. I THEN CALLED 1-80*-733-**** AND SPOKE WITH CAYLA AND WAS TOLD TO FAX MY BANK STATEMENT OVER. CAYLA ALSO TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NEED TO CALL BACK TO THE HOTEL AND SPEAK TO THE FRONT DESK MANGER. AFTER CALLING BACK TO THE HOTEL I SPOKE WITH DARLEEN ON 06/15/2011. AFTER THE CONVERSTATION WITH DARLEEN I THEN TOLD THAT I WOULD NEED TO FAX A COPY OF MY PHONE RECORD!! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN SO HUMILIATED AND TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL UNTIL RED ROOF INN!! I'VE BEEN TRYING TO BE CALM ABOUT THE WHOLE THING! BUT RIGHT NOW I'M OUT OF $420.25 BECAUSE RED ROOF INN. RED ROOF INN MOBILE AL.ticketed for parking in handicapped parking

Red Roof Inn Mobile Ala. Checked in and was given a handicapped room.Nothing said at check in about parking,nor did lame *** sleeping on duty security guard say anything.Strongly suspect it was hotel staff that called police and had me ticketed.All black staff that seemed to have attitude towards me as a white person I am a disabled veteran Just dont have a placard.After 13 years of active duty and having status as a disabled veteran I can park in handicapped parking.Instead thanks to this *** hotel I now have a 130.00 ticket to pay-I am an unemployed homeless veteran-THANKS RED ROOF INN *** RACIST ***

I am a disabled veteran..What a total looser this poster is!!! Get a handicap plate or plackard.

How is anyone supposed to know your status if all they see is a car illegally parked in a handicap spot. I am also white..stop throwing the race card you ***!!

What don't you understand? Handicapped parking spots are for those that have placards or permanent handicap plates.

It has nothing to do with the room you stay in. It's not up to the hotel you stay at to point out obvious thinks like parking signs.
