CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCES

Had a reservation for postponed Masters Tournament and had requested a refund, but due to communication problem had not heard from them. Talked to them today and all is well. Good place to stay for the Masters and certainly recommend Red Roof Inn in Augusta, GA. Nice STAFF AND SERVICE

Room key issue

My room key does not work. I took my husband to work this morning and I went back and the key does not work. I told the clerk at the desk and she said she needed my husband's ID...my asthma pump is n that room and all my belongings. She will not fix my card..this is ridiculous

No service Daniel. Owner was very rude im layed off due to corona viruses been here about 8 months never missed a payment and he said we in the same boat o.k i understand but i have family here sir

Manager Daniel do not appreciate his guest i pay almost 1300 a month to live here always a problem with hot water we could nit take a bath for a week and u be ungrateful to your guest who keeping u a salary

Took my money, for 3days only spent one day, refused to give me my money back.

This is to add on to my complaint the case was closed no investigation was done I went all the way to the top the general managers Tony Farina Christopher Gordon Andrew Alexander will not do anything when I contacted the people or property I was told I ain't get nothing back his exact words were you ain't getting nothing back. I spent one day less than 12 hours in this place, the bedspread stink the bathtub is dirty and the maintenance people live around in the lobby with their legs across the chairs because they know the telephone in the rooms don't work so they don't have to worry about anybody called me to do anyting. They went into my account three times they charged me they took money for a 3 night stay. I spent 12 hours there, until daylight. They refuse to answer the Better Business Bureau. I notified Channel 5 in Chicago still waiting for their call back. I talked to a general manager name Crystal she told me that she had been to that property I asked her if she would stay there she told me no. She said the room in the condition that it was in should have never been reserved. So at least one person told the truth. I need help I need my money I'm a senior citizen this is stressing me out you will cost more for me to get a lawyer than it will for them to give me my money back. If you can do anything to help me anyting please thank you for your time Charlotte Tate Caldwell.

User's recommendation: Never stay there it is a flophouse. The reservation is told me that she wouldn't stay there so why would you book me there quotation mark.

Just give me what is due (taxes paid)(and vet visits for bugs in room), nothing more nothing less plus tow fee and impound costs for their negligence and telling authorities they didn't know who's it was.

That's the cycle and you fell right into it. You used to appreciate it, then you expected it, now you demand it and become angry when you don't.

Very unhappy with hotel

Checked in hotel ,roaches in bathtub ,maid didn't make beds , made a reservation got there after midnight man at desk made me pay walk in rate ,tried to go downstairs to talk to management but no one at front desk to resolve my issue .I would like a refund for my stay in room 220

Don't go there rooms are nasty housekeeping doesn't do job then blames it on u and they got roaches

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RRI TO ANYONE!!

I HAVE STAYED AT THE RED ROOF INN IN ELLENTON, FL FOR THE PAST 3 OR 4 YEARS WHILE ATTENDING THE ACBL BRIDGE TOURNAMENT AT THE BRADENTON, FL CONVENTION CENTER. IN ADDITION I HAVE HAD MY FRIENDS STAY AT THE SAME LOCATION. THIS YEAR WHEN I CALLED FOR RESERVATIONS I WAS GIVEN A RATE OF $129 PER NIGHT.WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT MY TWO FREINDS WERE PAYING ONLY $110 PER NIGHT, I ASKED THE CLERK ABOUT IT. SHE SAID IT WAS BECAUSE I HAD CALLED THEIR LOCAL NUMBER AND ASKED FOR RESERVATIONS (ALTHOUGH THAT WAS THE REASON FOR THE CALL) SHE SAID I SHOULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR RESERVATIONS AND THAT I SHOULD HAVE DIALED ZERO....REALLY?? HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT THE REASON FOR MY COMPLAINT. ON THURSDAY 2/20 I WAS INVITED TO PLAY ANOTHER DAY AT THE TOURNAMENT AND AGREED. IT NEVER OCCURRED TO ME TO TELL THE DESK AND I WOULD BE STAYING ANOTHER DAY, LEFT ALL OF MY THINGS IN MY ROOM AND WENT TO THE TOURNAMENT. THAT AFTERNOON I RECEIVED A VOICE MAIL FROM THE MOTEL TELLING ME THAT I HAD BEEN EVICTED FROM MY ROOM AND THAT MY THINGS WERE STORED IN THE OFFICE. IT WAS PAST 6:00 WHEN I FINALLY GOT BACK TO THE MOTEL AND FOUND MY BELONGINGS STUFFED IN A LARGE GARBAGE BAG LAYING ON THE FLOOR IN A BACK STORAGE ROOM. WHEN I ASKED THE CLERK WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SHE SAID SHE DID NOT KNOW, NOR DID SHE KNOW WHO THE CLERK WAS THAT SHE REPALCED FOR HER SHIFT. I TOOK HER PICTURE SO THAT I HAD PROOF OF WHOM I HAD TALKED TO AND SHE GOT VERY ANGRY AND SAID SHE WAS GONING TO CALL THE POLICE. I TOLD HER TO GO AHEAD, AND POINTED TO THE PHONE. SHE DID NOT DO IT, I WISH SHE HAD. SO HERE I AM, AN OLD LADY APPROACHING HER 87TH BIRTHDAY OUT ON THE STREET IN A STRANGE ENVIRONMENT DARKNESS APPROACHING. I ALSO TOOK A PICTURE OF THE GARBAGE BAG HOLDING MY CLOTHES, ETC AND LEFT. I HAD ALSO ASKED THE CLERK FOR A PRINTED BILL WHICH SHE DID NOT GIVE ME.
