Red Roof Inn - Bad Customer Service and fraudulent credit card charge
My recommendation is if you see a Red Roof Inn sign drive as far away from it as possible. BAD service in Charlotte, NC.
Made a reservation, arrived at the location and was told there was no reservation for me. Gave the front desk clerk my reservation paper and he shoved it across the counter and said this meant nothing to him. Didn't offer to see if there was a room available. The next day my credit card was charged for the room and that took 6 days to get credited.
Complained to guest services and they did nothing!!!!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ended up driving around and stayed at the Holiday Inn and they happily helped me and were in shock at what Red Roof Inn did
