New Revieweri showed up on the location to get a room is was about 3 in the morning mind you i haven't made a reservation because it was a last minute situation we were tired and couldn't drive any longer and the man behind the desk didn't speak english very well if at all and i was trying to ask him to look my account up with my redi rewards and he kept telling me i had to had a credit card to swipe to get the room and i kept telling him yes i know i need a card for that but i want to make sure i get my points for the stay and he told me i would have to call red roof it was all bad so i asked if the location takes cash as payment and i put my card on file he said i would have to charge your card 400 dollars i was like for what exactly and he just kept telling me i will charge your card 400 dollars we i then told him never mind and left never have i ever heard that before and i used to work for red roof as a front desk clerk and housekeeping and laundry so i know the ins and outs of the red roof and that made no sense at all
User's recommendation: dont show up on third shift.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
