This place is deplorable. There is a known roach and/or other bug infestation.
There is mold along with other leaks.(Which is hazardous to humans) Not to mention I was put in a room with a busted lock.
The floor was so slippery from not being cleaned properly that I have slipped and fell. This has got to be one of the most traumatic experiences that Ive through.

Not acceptable I will continue to call every consumer agency I can and complain the treatment that I received was deplorable the condition of the hotel the entire time I stayed there was disgusting stinky also deplorable. The lack of customer care Person or service Is astounding to say the very least.

Roaches in my room
Yes, I would like to attach photos even if this I dont even recommend you staying in any red roofing in Connecticut for the matter of the sake of them smell smelling disgusting odor that cannot be taken out even with the best Febreze so that note when you turn off the lights and you have scattering cockroaches everywhere. I just cant and Im not coming off any bit better than anybody but bugs do not flow with me so if you like to go sleep with bugs, I mean by all means go to sleep with some bugs.
So go down the roach roof inn and Im sure you should leave the light on for yourself because when you turn it off, its not a good experience. Youll be itching yourself all night.

A piece of metal was sticking out from under the bed, which cut my leg. Other than that, I was satisfied with the room and would recommend it to others.

They cut and blew wet grass all over my car, and I just had it washed. I asked him to blow it off, but he blew more on my car, making it even worse. Now, there's grass stuck all over my car.

I had left a friend's house due to them arguing. I had booked a room on booking.
Com for a superior suite at the Madison Hts MI RRI, I prepaid room was non-refundable. I arrived and refused to take the first room, this is the better of the 2 I was offered. I was charged 100.00 and I overslept and was charged an additional 50.00 or the police would be called. The room was beyond DISGUSTING.
If it wasn't dirty it didn't work.
Blood splatter, roaches, dirty linen, floors never washed, *** in the tub. Curtains tore down couldn't get back on, TV broke Management RUDE AS *** I COULD HAVE STAYED ACROSS THE STREET AT THE WINGATE WITH A JACUZZI SUITE, BREAKFAST AND A BALCONY FOR 89.00 I WOULD HAVE FELT SAFE, I WAS SLIGHTLY SHY OF THE 50.00 DEPOSIT.
Red Roof does offer coffee for an hour or so but bring your own cup, cream, sugar and spoon, AND DO NOT SIT ON THE TOILET SEAT, GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT YOU WILL TAKE HOME WITH YOU.

I checked in on Saturday, July 20th, to the hotel and checked out on Sunday with bedbug bites all over my body. I contacted the hotel and the so-called management groups.
No one could help, nor wanted to help in this matter. They must not have liked the pictures of my bedbug bites.

Bed bug
7480 high st N Worthington Ohio- I found a bedbug as soon as I unzipped the mattress cover and there was a bed bug. Komal denied it and began speaking in another language as if I werent there.
Never looking at me as he said I was making it up. She gave me my deposit back but said my refund would not be issued.
I have filed a complaint with the corporate office, board of health and Ohio AG. This place needs closed .

Found holes in the wall behind the chair; a kid could have crawled into them. The ice bucket was dirty and moldy.
There was hair on the beds. The floor was absolutely disgusting. The staff lied to us.
There was a gap under the door. Loud parties were happening in most of the rooms, etc.

Everyone was friendly at first. Once darkness fell roaches started coming out from everywhere.
I booked on Priceline because I thought they were reliable. I called them immediately to let them know I wouldnt be staying the additional days and want a refund for the remainder. People were in and out slamming doors all night . Smoking marijuana in the parking lot and even had security outside who did nothing.
The next morning I let the desk personnel know I was checking out and would like a refund for the remaining nights Im not staying. She passed the buck to Priceline and Priceline passed the buck to them. The front desk person refused to give me a receipt, refused to give me the managers name, and then went on to tell me theres nowhere I can stay in Houston that doesnt have roaches. I was and am completely upset and plan to take further action.
I reviewed the policy and nowhere does it say I cant get a refund for checking out of an unsanitary facility such as this. The list goes on.

I requested an Incidtt re not ytrokez and to this day, have not received the Repot. My request is for Customer Service to escalate to the appropriate Department for Action.

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Red Roof Inn
I am a caretaker who takes care of the most vulnerable individuals, including seniors and children with rare diseases. My job requires me to be in perfect health, as it would break my heart if I unknowingly brought something harmful into their environment.
I take my job very seriously and love the seniors and children I care for. Therefore, I am extremely cautious about where I eat, sleep, and lay my head.
I have stayed at Red Roof Inn locations in Ohio and Texas before without any issues. However, my recent experience was unacceptable. The room was filthy, with dirty towels that looked like they hadn't been washed.
When I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk, he was rude and insisted that there was nothing wrong with the room. I requested a refund, but he only refunded the remaining days and kept the money for the first day, which I believe is illegal and unfair.
The cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards. As someone who works closely with vulnerable individuals, I am acutely aware of the importance of hygiene and cleanliness to prevent the spread of diseases. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has clear guidelines on how hotels should maintain cleanliness, and Red Roof Inn failed to meet these standards.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience and urge Red Roof Inn to rectify this situation.
It is not right to take money from customers while providing such poor conditions. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions about where to stay.

Poor workers , just an all around joke
I went in late Friday night to the 5th Street highway Reading,Pa location to rent a room and the last working (KIM) was having a friend hangout reunion and talking to someone about bringing her free chicken the whole time I'm tired and standing there to rent a room! Finally she took care of me and got me into a room , I paid her she went to give me almost $100 back change when I was supposed to get $2.72 , so me being honest I told her and she was so grateful just to find out I try to switch to a suite the next day and they put me on the do not tent room saying I was telling at her!
There's camera right there and I told them to check them because I was very nice and respectful!!
Then I rented a suite that had no doors on the cabinets , no utensils, no pots and pans and the stove top didn't even work!! All staff are ghetto ignorant Reading low lives and don't want to do there job for nothing so BEWARE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY , SPEND A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
