We checked in and as soon as we walked in we wanted to take showers. There was a wad of hair in the “clean towels”. When we called he from desk from the room their was no answer. So I called from my cell and answered immediately. I told her we needed clean towels and she said “there aren’t towels in the room!” I said there are but they are dirty. She said she had no staff to deliver so we had to retrieve them ourselves. (In the rain outside)

Ive stayed here 4 about month and a half 2 be fair the people that do the rooms suck big time like right now no towls in my room the sheets havent been changed in a week reason i know is because i had a accident and the sheets were never changed still on my bed they dont vacum my floor like i asked them 2 i really like stay at ur place but the employees u have suck dont get me wrong u have a few good worker but way more bad that just dont care help please

Bug on pillow, hair on bathroom floor, dirty sock (pic) by the bed?! Wiped bathroom floor with hand towel (pic). Clerk told me twice someone would come clean it between 5-8:30pm. No one came.

The rooms are nasty dirty. They have cockroaches. The maids sweep the rooms into the hallway which is really dirty and they dont vacuum hallways.

Red Roof Inn - Missing bag at Willowbrook,Il location
They refered me to guest relations but was already closed for the day. Have to call in morning. Problem is with Chicago Willowbrook location. A bag was fogotten called to see about getting it returned and are getting run around from property and cant get a return call or speak to manager or owner. Attached is picture of the bag.
